Due to the government’s current guidance recommending social distancing, our face to face support group meetings have been temporarily cancelled. Please check this page regularly for updates. |
Our support group exists in order to provide information and support to women who suffer from endometriosis and their loved ones.
Endometriosis is a long term (chronic) disease and we understand that living with this condition can impact on your quality of life, physically, emotionally, financially and socially.
Whether you have just been diagnosed or have been living with endometriosis for years, these meetings are an opportunity to meet others living with the condition, to share experiences and to raise awareness together.
We run monthly meetings which will consist of both formal and informal gatherings and cover a wide range of topics on the management of endometriosis. You will have the opportunity to learn more about endometriosis, ask questions and share experiences on the physical and emotional issues associated with endometriosis.
All women with endometriosis are invited to attend the meetings; you do not have to be a patient with this hospital. Partners and friends are welcome as well.
Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of the month. The groups are facilitated by Luz, an Endometriosis Specialist Nurse, and a trained group leader.
We look forward to meeting you.
